Collected bi-weekly blog and social analytics for the UBC Life Blog and Twitter posts over an 8-month period, using Google Analytics and Hootsuite

Identified high pageviews to determine high-performing posts, documenting them to be resurfaced annually

Presented and reported analysis to the Student Communications Services director and Creative and Editorial Team, with recommendations for improving the communication strategy.

Managed a team of 28 operational staff of various departments by overseeing the operations of finance, printing, design, editorial, and marketing

Oversaw community outreach to source funding for writing grants and coordinating with sponsors to determine what organizations would align with IONA Journal values

Led the production of the journal as well as internal affairs of the IONA Journal by creating a brand guide for the design, funding, and marketing of the issue
